The Central Selection Board of Constables (CSBC), Bihar recruits constables (sipahi) for the Bihar Police. Selection starts with a written exam at Class 10 level, and only candidates who qualify are called for the physical test.

The written exam is qualifying, and merit is decided at the physical stage, but a score well above the pass mark keeps you safe because many more candidates than posts are called.
